ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention provides a series of toys each of which can be reconfigured between at least two different states, one of which states is, for example, a construction vehicle such as a crane or a bulldozer, while the other of which states is a humanoid robot. Each toy is also able at an intermediate state of reconfiguration to accept another element which permits it to be configured differently from the said first and second states. A number of different toys according to the invention can be connected together to form yet another toy configuration.
