A process for professional authoring of information about structured domains by which authors, as an integral part of the authoring process, provide the data needed to (1) enable intelligent user navigation between the work of different authors without the need for predefined links; (2) enable searches for information based on user context; and (3) identify reuse candidates before information is written and, therefore, minimize duplication. Authors develop concept maps to reflect the structure of the domain rather than the structure of the documentation; define the user context to which a concept map applies; resolve topic intersections between concept maps; define query attributes for articles to be developed; and resolve article intersections identified by means of intersecting query attributes. Computer programs support concept map development, the identification and analysis of topic and article intersections, and association of the data for exploitation in a user interface.
Processus de médiatisation professionnelle d'information relative à des domaines structurés, dans le cadre duquel des concepteurs produisent les données nécessaires pour (1) permettre à des utilisateurs intelligents de naviguer entre les créations de différents concepteurs sans nécessiter de liens prédéfinis; (2) permettre la recherche d'information en fonction du contexte utilisateur; et (3) identifier les possibilités de réutilisation avant de rédiger l'information, et réduire ainsi au minimum la copie. Les concepteurs créent des schémas de correspondance de concepts de manière à refléter la structure du domaine plutôt que la structure de la documentation; définir le contexte utilisateur auquel s'applique un schéma de correspondance de concepts; résoudre les intersections de sujets entre schémas de correspondance de concepts; définir des attributs de recherche pour les articles à développer; et résoudre les intersections d'articles identifiées au moyen d'attributs de recherche intersectés. Des programmes informatiques soutiennent la réalisation de schémas de correspondance de concepts, l'identification et l'analyse des intersections de sujets et d'articles, ainsi que l'association des données à exploiter dans un interface utilisateur.
