An interactive system (10) implementing a procedure for the generation of leads is provided. The system stores a plurality of prerecorded messages (30, 34), accepts user phone calls (12) and captures user telephone numbers (20). The system combines the captured number with additional information (16) and tracks user transactions with the system. The system subsequently transfers the combined information in the form of a sales lead to a prospective seller (24, 26, 27, 28) immediately upon termination of the phone call or beginning prior thereto.

Ledit système stocke une pluralité de messages préenregistrés (30, 40), reçoit les appels téléphoniques provenant d'utilisateurs (12) et saisit les numéros de téléphone de ces utilisateurs (20). Le système combine le numéro saisi avec des informations supplémentaires (16) et suit les transactions effectuées par les utilisateurs avec le système. Le système transmet ensuite à un vendeur potentiel (24, 26, 27, 28) les informations combinées sous forme de listes de clients éventuels et ce, dès que l'appel téléphonique est terminé ou juste avant qu'il ne débute.
