In a system of radiocommunication with mobile terminals, the invention proposes to establish a vote configuration or a simulcast configuration for intercellular handover of a communication set up between a mobile terminal (60) and a base station (11) of a current cell (10), said configuration including the current cell (10) and adjacent cells (20, 30) which are eligible for said handover, so as to enable a soft intercellular handover when the terminal (60) moves towards the adjacent cells (20, 30). The invention provides the advantage of reducing the interference level in the neighbouring cells, hence of increasing the frequency re-use rate.

Dans un système de radiocommunications avec les mobiles, l'invention propose d'établir une configuration de vote ou une configuration << simulcast >> en vue du transfert intercellulaire d'une communication établie entre un terminal mobile (60) et la station de base (11) d'une cellule courante (10), cette configuration incluant la cellule courante (10) et des cellules adjacentes (20, 30) qui sont éligibles pour ce transfert, afin de permettre un transfert intercellulaire en douceur lorsque le terminal (60) se déplace vers ces cellules adjacentes (20, 30). Avantage: permet de réduire le niveau d'interférences dans les cellules voisines, et donc d'augmenter le taux de réutilisation des fréquences.
