ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE A fine mesh panel is used for screening materials from fluids such as water intake at a treatment facility. The screen panel has a frame around the screen where there is a smooth transition from the screen to the frame which may be accomplished by molding the screen with the frame. A pan is provided along the lower edge of the frame for collecting fish eggs and larvae where there is a smooth transition between the screen and the pan.
