ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The present invention provides an interdental device for simultaneous brushing and irrigation of interproximal tooth surfaces and surfaces of bridges unaccessible to either conventional tooth brushes or conventional dental irrigation devices which do not effectively penetrate the interdental space. The interdental device includes an interdental brush fixed to a tubular ridgid introducer arm, the proximal end of which comprises a connecting hub for an outlet of a syringe or other liquid pumping device with the liquid being discharged from the arm at or near the distally placed interdental brush for combined brushing and irrigation in spaces between teeth and under bridges.
