A prefilled syringe may be interfaced with and used to fill an infusion pump with therapeutic liquid. The dispensing end of the prefilled syringe may be coupled (either directly or indirectly using a syringe cap) to a syringe coupling region of the infusion pump, for example, using a threaded engagement or snap fit engagement. As the dispensing end of the prefilled syringe is coupled to the syringe coupling region of the pump housing, a needle passes through the pump housing and/or a needle passage region of the dispensing end such that the prefilled syringe is fluidly coupled to a reservoir in the pump. In various embodiments, the needle may be located in the syringe coupling region or in a syringe cap coupled to the dispensing end of the prefilled syringe.
La présente invention concerne une seringue préremplie pouvant être raccordée à une pompe à perfusion afin de remplir cette dernière d'un liquide thérapeutique. L'extrémité de distribution de la seringue préremplie peut être reliée (soit directement, soit indirectement à l'aide d'une protection de seringue) à la zone de la pompe à perfusion servant au raccordement des seringues, par exemple au moyen d'un raccord fileté ou d'un raccord rapide par pression. Lorsque l'extrémité de distribution de la seringue préremplie est reliée à la zone du boîtier de pompe servant au raccordement des seringues, une aiguille traverse le boîtier de la pompe et/ou une zone servant au passage des aiguilles située dans l'extrémité de distribution, de telle sorte que la seringue préremplie se retrouve en communication fluidique avec un réservoir situé dans la pompe. Dans divers modes de réalisation, l'aiguille peut être placée dans la zone servant au raccordement des seringues ou dans une protection de seringue reliée à l'extrémité de distribution de la seringue préremplie.
