Disclosed is a method for producing a component comprising two adjacent individual parts or molded parts that are to be joined using a thermally hardening adhesive which is placed between the parts and to which a magnetic filler is added. According to the inventive method, at least one portion of the component, especially the adhesive seam located between the two parts, is exposed to polarized electromagnetic radiation, particularly in the wavelength range of microwaves, in order to impinge the adhesive with heat, said radiation being circularly polarized.

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un composant présentant deux pièces individuelles ou pièces moulées superposées, à relier entre elles au moyen d'un adhésif thermodurcissable appliqué entre ces pièces, une charge magnétique étant ajoutée audit adhésif, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie du composant, en particulier le joint d'adhésif appliqué entre lesdites pièces, est exposée, en vue de solliciter thermiquement l'adhésif, à un rayonnement électromagnétique polarisé, en particulier dans un domaine de longueur d'onde de l'ordre des micro-ondes, et en ce que le rayonnement est polarisé circulaire.
