An interlock assembly comprising: an interlock plate (7, 36, 66, 96, 126) comprising at least one slot (8, 38, 68, 98, 128) disposed about a central portion thereof, a first locking tab (17, 48, 78, 108, 138) disposed perpendicular to a first side of the interlock plate, and a second locking tab (18, 49, 79, 139) disposed perpendicular to a second side of the interlock plate; and a base (9, 40, 70, 100, 130) disposed adjacent to a bottom surface of the interlock plate, the base comprising at least one perturbation (11, 42, 72, 102, 132) disposed on a surface of the base opposite to the bottom surface of the interlock plate, such that the perturbation is disposed within the slot of the interlock plate, thereby providing the interlock plate with reciprocating movement in relation to the base.
