A method to construct a prefabricated lightweight weather resistant cementious panel for building structures, which comprises the steps of constructing a rectangular mating edge frame, into which a composition of a cementious product, an adhesive and a beaded foam type insulation is deposited. The composition is reinforced into the frame with a reinforcing mesh. Once the composition has settled it will be securely intact to the frame. The panel is then coated with an exterior finishing product, i.e. stucco. The frame provides for a outer means of attaching panel to building structure while mating edges conceal the means of attachment.
