An orotracheal intubation device (1) for intermittent low-pressure ventilation of a patient is provided with an inflatable cuff (3) including two lines of holes (2,5) communicating with the inflatable cuff and a one-way round valve (4) preventing air flow during inspiration and allowing air flow during expiration.

Cette invention concerne un dispositif d'intubation oro-trachéale (1) utilisé pour la ventilation intermittente à basse pression chez un patient, ledit dispositif étant muni d'un ballonnet gonflable (3) comportant deux conduits percés (2,5) communiquant avec le ballonnet gonflable et une vanne de retenue (4) empêchant l'air de pénétrer lors de l'inspiration et laissant l'air sortir lors de l'expiration.
