A device that is simple to manufacture and uses austenitic stainless steel components is disclosed. The device consists of a nozzle (1) comprising a cone and a cylinder made of a single perforated sheet of metal with alternating holes of different diameters along the whole length thereof. The outer shell consists of a cylindrical and optionally tapered front portion (2), and a tapered rear end portion (3) ending in an angled trailing edge gas exhaust tube. This geometrical arrangement increases the available volume and accelerates the flow without generating back pressure. The space between the nozzle and the outer shell is filled with austenitic stainless steel wool (4). The device not only substantially reduces noise levels relative to existing systems, but is also easy to install, remove and maintain and has improved durability.

L'invention concerne un dispositif de fabrication simple et utilisant des éléments en acier inoxydable austénitique. Il est constitué d'une tuyère (1) formée d'un cône et d'un cylindre d'un seul tenant en tôle perforée de trous alternés et de diamètres différents sur toute sa longueur. L'enveloppe extérieure est formée d'une partie avant (2), cylindrique et éventuellement conique, d'une partie arrière (3) à embout conique se terminant par un tube de fuite en biais permettant l'évacuation des gaz. Cette géométrie augmente le volume disponible, et accélère le flux sans occasionner de contre-pressions. L'espace entre la tuyère et l'enveloppe extérieure est occupé par la paille (4) en acier inoxydable austénitique. Outre une réduction notable du niveau de bruit émis par rapport aux systèmes existants, le dispositif proposé est facile à installer et à déposer, sa maintenance est aisée et sa tenue dans le temps améliorée.
