The IHE is a utensil for grilling meats and poultry for human consumption, with applications for both residential and commercial, and indoor or outdoor ranges, ovens or barbecues. The IHE is itself a grill and is to be used in conjunction with a barbecue or pit type fire, in all applications named above. The IHE is constructed of 18 gauge stainless steel. The IHE cooks simultaneously inside and out, via probes which are located on both top and bottom of grill bases.
