The invention relates to a device (10) for the internal high-pressure shaping of a hollow profile (5), comprising a shaping tool and a sealing device for holding and sealing an end (12) of the hollow profile (5) projecting out of the cavity (16) of the shaping tool. To this end, the sealing device (11) has a section (6) of an axial die (4) protruding into the hollow profile (5) and has at least one clamping jaw (3). When the section (6) of the axial die (4) protrudes, the clamping jaw can be radially pressed from the outside against the hollow profile end (12) in such a manner that the clamping jaw (3) fixes the hollow profile end in the position thereof. In addition, an actuator (14) is provided that drives the clamping jaw (3) for displacing it only radially to the hollow profile axis. According to the invention, at least one annular tooth (2) is placed on a side of the clamping jaw (3) facing a hollow profile end (12).
L'invention concerne un dispositif de façonnage (10) d'un profilé creux (5) par application d'une haute pression interne. Ce dispositif comprend un moule de façonnage et un dispositif d'étanchéité permettant de tenir et d'étanchéifier une extrémité (12) du profilé creux (5) émergeant de la gravure (16) du moule de façonnage. Le dispositif d'étanchéité (11) est tel qu'une section (6) d'un poinçon axial (4) pénètre dans le profilé creux (5). Une fois que la section (6) du poinçon axial (4) a pénétré dans le profilé creux, au moins une mâchoire de serrage (3) peut être appuyée radialement de l'extérieur sur l'extrémité (12) du profilé creux de telle façon que la mâchoire de serrage (3) fixe cette extrémité en position de manière stable. Ce dispositif comprend également un mécanisme de réglage (14) qui entraîne la mâchoire de serrage (3) pour la déplacer exclusivement radialement vers l'axe du profilé creux.
