Internal mattress wall structures interlocking engageable with mattress innerspring assemblies (12) provide a structurally integrated resilient mattress support edge to which padding upholstery (43) is integrally attached. The wall structures include a main body section with a vertically oriented wall surface and a plurality of parallel flanges (29) which mechanically engage the innerspring assembly by compression fit between the intermediate and terminal convolutions of the perimetrical coils of the innerspring assembly. Corner structures contiguous with side and end wall structures form a contiguous smooth side wall support characteristics comparable to an innerspring assembly.
Structures internes de paroi d'un matelas s'enclenchant mécaniquement avec l'ensemble ressorts (12) du matelas, constituant un bord de support flexible intégré auquel le rembourrage et la garniture (43) sont attachés d'un seul tenant. Les structures comportent un corps principal doté d'une surface de paroi verticale et d'une pluralité de brides de fixation parallèles (29), qui s'enclenchent mécaniquement avec les ressorts, par assemblage par compression entre les spires intermédiaires et terminales des ressorts périphériques de l'ensemble ressort. Des structures de coin contiguës à des structures de parois latérales et terminales du matelas forment un pourtour contigu lisse dont les caractéristiques de soutien sont comparables à celles de l'ensemble ressorts.
