An internal meshing type planetary gear reducer made of plastic material constructed in such a manner that an external gear fitted on an eccentric member integrally formed on an input shaft internally meshes with an internal gear, and inner pins formed on the external gear integrally therewith are inserted in inner-pin holes provided in a flange formed at one end portion of an output shift so that rotation of the input shaft is reduced in speed and the speed-reduced rotation is transmitted to the output shaft. In the internal meshing type planetary gear reducer, each inner pin is provided with cutouts on inner and outer sides thereof in a radial direction of the external gear, or each inner-pin hole is provided with cutouts on inner and outer sides thereof in a radial direction of the flange, and only the inner pins which serve to transmit a torque at a predetermined range of the contacting location are arranged to be in contact with the inner-pin holes. With such construction, there is little resistance between the moving parts and the forcedly resistive sliding motion can be eliminated, whereby the torque transmission can be performed smoothly.
Cette invention concerne un réducteur de vitesse à planétaire à engrènement intérieur en plastique dont la roue à denture extérieure est montée sur un excentrique faisant partie intégrante d'un arbre d'entrée et engrène avec une couronne à denture intérieure. La roue à denture extérieure comporte des chevilles moulées à même qui s'insèrent dans des logements correspondants ménagés dans un flasque formé à un bout d'un arbre de sortie pour que la rotation de l'arbre d'entrée soit ralentie et que cette rotation ralentie soit transmise à l'arbre de sortie. Dans ce réducteur de vitesse à planétaire à engrènement intérieur, chaque cheville de la roue à denture extérieure comporte un méplat sur ses côtés intérieur et extérieur par rapport à l'axe de rotation de cette dernière. Chaque logement ménagé dans le flasque de l'arbre d'entrée comporte également un évidement sur ses côtés intérieur et extérieur par rapport à l'axe de rotation de cet arbre, et seules les chevilles qui servent à transmettre le couple dans une plage prédéterminée de la rotation de la roue à denture extérieure sont en contact avec les parois des logements correspondants. Avec cette disposition constructive, il y peu de résistance entre pièces mobiles et la résistance par frottement peut être éliminée pour une transmission de couple en douceur.
