An internally pressurised fluid container (1), in particular for liquids and/or gases exerting pressure outwards from within the container. Said container has a sandwich construction capable of withstanding the internal pressure and including a receptacle (3) for a beverage (1), an outer shell (4) defining a space (5) together with said receptacle (3), an assembly (6) for mutually positioning said receptacle (3) and said outer shell (4), and a layer (7) of material (8) completely filling said space (5).

L'invention est relative à un récipient pour fluides avec pression interne (1) tels que, notam- ment, des liquides et/ou gaz exerçant une pres- sion de l'intérieur du récipient vers l'extérieur de celui-ci. Il présente une structure sandwich, apte à résister à une pression interne, comprenant: un contenant (3) pour le fluide alimentaire (1), une enveloppe extérieure (4) définissant avec ledit con- tenant (3) un espace (5), des moyens de position- nement relatifs (6) dudit contenant (3) et de la- dite enveloppe extérieure (4), une couche (7) d'un matériau (8) remplissant intégralement ledit espace (5).
