ABSTRACT: Non-recursive interpolating digital fil- ter for generating, at an arbitrary rational ratio be- tween the output and input sampling frequencies, out- put code words, comprising a storage device to which input code words are supplied. These input code words are entered and stored in a buffer and entered into the storage device at instants which are a whole num- ber of the output sampling period apart. Said instants are determined by a pulse generator.
