ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE Interpolymer latexes are disclosed which comprise aqueous dispersions of particles having a diameter between 0.1 and 1 µm of an interpolymer comprising a copolymer A of butadiene, styrene and at least one ethylenically unsaturated carboxylic acid and a polymer B of bis(2-chloroethyl)-vinylphosphonate which is at least partly grafted onto copolymer A. They can be used in particular as binders, especially in the paper coating industry and in the textile industry.
