An interventional catheter for angioplasty and the like, comprising a catheter tube 1 formed of two superposed layers 2 and 3 of materials different from one another. The inner layer 2 is comprised of a low friction non kinkable material to avoid risk of clogging of a guide wire 11 in the longitudinal lumen 12. The outer layer 3 is comprised of a material with higher friction coefficient than the material forming the inner layer. The balloon 4 is welded at its distal end 5 to the outer layer 23 of the catheter tube. The proximal end 6 of the balloon 4 is welded to a tube 7 surrounding the catheter tube 1.

Cathéter d'intervention pour, notamment, les angioplasties. Il est constitué d'un tube (1) formé de deux couches superposées (2 et 3) de matières différentes. La couche interne (2) comporte une matière anti-pli, à coefficient de frottement réduit, permettant d'éviter les risques de bouchage du fil-guide (11) dans la lumière longitudinale (12). La couche externe (3) est constituée d'une matière d'un coefficient de frottement plus élevé que celui de la couche interne. Le ballonnet (4) est soudé, à son extrémité distale (5), à la couche externe (23) du tube de cathéter. L'extrémité proximale (6) du ballonnet (4) est soudée à un tube (7) entourant le tube de cathéter (1).
