An intervertebral implant device includes an upper part, a lower part and a core element. The upper part includes an upper surface for engaging a vertebrae and a lower surface which includes a convex portion. The lower part includes a lower surface for engaging a vertebrae and an upper surface having a convex portion. The core element has an upper concave portion to operatively engage with the convex portion on the upper part and a lower concave portion to operatively engage with the convex portion of the lower part. Limited universal movement and translational movement is provided between the upper part and lower part.
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'implant intervertébral qui comprend une partie supérieure, une partie inférieure et un élément central. La partie supérieure comprend une surface supérieure destinée à coupler une vertèbre à une surface inférieure comportant une partie convexe. La partie inférieure comprend une surface inférieure destinée à coupler une vertèbre à une surface supérieure comportant une partie convexe. L'élément central possède une partie concave supérieure destinée à coupler fonctionnel la partie convexe sur la partie supérieure et la partie concave inférieure sur la partie convexe de la partie inférieure. Un mouvement universel limité et un mouvement translationnel sont créés entre la partie supérieure et la partie inférieure.
