An intestine anastomosis assisting tool (1) consisting of a tubular section (40) covering the proximal end side of an engaging rod (28), and a cover section (41) extending from the tubular section (40) to the distal end side of the engaging rod (28). Proximal end of the tubular section (40) is inserted into the recess (26) of the apparatus body (21) and held in the apparatus body (21). Intestine on the anus side is bound with a thread and held on the outer surface of the tubular section (40).

La présente invention concerne un instrument facilitant l~anastomose intestinale (1) composé d~une section tubulaire (40) couvrant l~extrémité proximale d~une tige d~encrage (28) et d~une section de recouvrement (41) s~étendant de la section tubulaire (40) à l~extrémité distale de la tige d~encrage (28). L~extrémité proximale de la section tubulaire (40) est insérée dans le renfoncement (26) du corps de l~appareil (21) et maintenue dans le corps de l~appareil (21). L~intestin situé du côté de l~anus est attaché au moyen d~un fil et maintenu sur la surface extérieure de la section tubulaire (40).
