An obstructive device (90) prevents air from being inhaled into a lung portion to collapse the lung portions while providing mucus transport from the lung portion. When placed in an air passageway serving the lung portion, the obstructing member (90) defines a pathway for mucus transport between the obstructing member (90) and the air passageway. The device (90) may include a tubular-shaped anchor to retain the device (90) in the air passageway. A pathway for mucus transport is provided between a portion of the anchor and a portion of the obstructing device (90).
L'invention concerne un dispositif d'obstruction ~vitant que l'air soit inhal~ dans une partie des poumons afin de r~tracter la partie des poumons tout en assurant un transport du mucus depuis la partie des poumons. Lorsque l'~l~ment d'obstruction est plac~ dans un passage d'air faisant office de partie de poumons, il d~finit un passage pour le transport du mucus entre l'~l~ment d'obstruction et le passage d'air. Le dispositif peut comporter un ancrage tubulaire permettant de retenir le dispositif dans le passage d'air. Un passage pour le transport du mucus vient entre une partie de l'ancrage et une partie du dispositif d'obstruction.
