A general immunoglobulin-target assay system is provided, in which a positive outcome (the generation of a signal) depends only on the intracellular interaction of antibody with target. This can be accomplished for many antibodies expressed in yeast and/or in mammalian cells and allows the selection of immunoglobulins which are capable of functioning in an intracellular environment.

L'invention porte sur un essai général ciblant les immunoglobulines. L'obtention d'un résultat positif (la production d'un signal) dépend uniquement de l'interaction de l'anticorps avec la cible dans la cellule. Cet essai peut être réalisé avec de nombreux anticorps exprimés dans la levure et/ou dans des cellules de mammifères et permet de sélectionner des immunoglobulines capables de fonctionner dans un environnement intracellulaire.
