The invention features an intraluminal endoprosthesis comprising a radially expansible and compressible tubular trunk (1) with an axial cavity (2) open at both ends and divided into several axial channels (7, 8) and at least a radially expansible and compressible ramifying element (13) with an axial cavity open at both ends, being in its compressed position, independent of the trunk element, and presenting, in its expanded position, one end in one of the said axial channels and the other end outside the trunk element.
