An intramedullary anchoring stem (7) for an orthopaedic implant head. The stem is in one piece, is made of biocompatible material and is movable in relation to the head, with which it has connecting means (16), and it has a truncated or substantially truncated peg shape (11) at least partially recessed (21) longitudinally, and parallel or substantially parallel to the dorso-palmar plane (22).

II s'agit d'une tige (7) d'ancrage intra médullaire pour tête d'implant orthopédique. La tige est d'une seule pièce en matériau bio compatible amovible par rapport à la tête avec qui elle comprend des moyens (16) de connexion, et présente une forme de pieu (11) tronconique ou sensiblement tronconique au moins en partie évidé (21) longitudinalement, parallèlement ou sensiblement parallèlement au plan dorso -palmaire (22).
