The inventive intramedullary nail (1) which is provided with a distal end (2) and is introducible into a medullary space comprises the medullary nail (1) segment which is oriented towards the distal end (2) and has a diameter D, a proximal end (3), at least two cross holes (5, 6) having a borehole axis (15, 16) and a central line (4) formed by a line connecting centres of gravity of the axially successive transversal surfaces (14) orthogonal with respect to the intramedullary nail (1), without taking into account the cross holes (5, 6). The borehole axis (15) of at least one cross-hole (5) is shifted at a gap d1>0 with respect to the central line (4).

Clou intramédullaire (1) qui comporte une extrémité distale (2) destinée à être introduite dans l'espace médullaire, le segment du clou médullaire (1) orienté vers l'extrémité distale (2) possédant un diamètre D, une extrémité proximale (3), au moins deux trous transversaux (5; 6) ayant un axe d'alésage (15; 16), et une ligne centrale (4) formée par la ligne de liaison des centres de gravité des surfaces transversales (14) perpendiculaires axialement successives du clou médullaire (1), sans prise en compte des trous transversaux (5; 6). L'axe d'alésage (15) d'au moins un des trous transversaux (5) présente un écart d¿1? > 0 par rapport à la ligne centrale (4).
