An intraocular implant includes a telescope body, at least two lenses, and a positioning means mounting structure. The intraocular implant is intended for placement upstream of a retina. The telescope body defines an optical path for light to pass through. The at least two lenses are enclosed in the telescope body. The positioning means position the at least two lenses along the optical path relative to one another to allow the focus of objects located at multiple distances onto the retina. The mounting structure is connected to the telescope body to allow the ocular implant to be implanted in an eye.
