This invention is a surgical device (10) for implantation of de- formable intraocular lens (54) into the eye through a relatively small incision made in the ocular tissue including a holder (12) with re- ceiver (13) for a lens holder: a lens holder (12) for a surgical device for implantation of deformable intraoc- ular lens (54) into the eye including a split tubular member (12) having a fixed tubular portion (70), and a moveable tubular portion (72) con- nected together at a hinge (82): and a method for implantation of de- formable intraocular lens into the eye using the above described sur- gical devices.
La présente invention concerne un dispositif chirurgical (10) pour l'implantation dans l'oeil d'une lentille intraoculaire (54) déformable, effectuée en procédant à une incision relativement petite dans le tissu oculaire, comportant un porte-lentille (12) et un receveur (13) pour ledit porte-lentille; l'invention concerne aussi le porte-lentille (12) pour le dispositif chirurgical d'implantation dans l'oeil d'une lentille intraoculaire (54) déformable, comportant un élément tubulaire fendu (12), dont la partie tubulaire fixe (70) et la partie tubulaire mobile (72) sont reliées par une charnière (82); ainsi qu'un procédé d'implantation de ladite lentille intraoculaire déformable mettant en oeuvre les dispositifs chirurgicaux décrits ci-dessus.
