The present invention provides an intraorally rapidly disintegrating tablet that can be formed using an ordinary apparatus, that has hardness with no practical problem and that disintegrates rapidly with good feeling in the oral cavity. The present invention is intraorally rapidly disintegrating tablet produced by compression molding of a granule coated with a disintegrant, in which the granule contains a disintegrant also inside thereof and a drug except ambroxol hydrochloride inside and/or outside thereof.

L'invention concerne un comprimé se désintégrant rapidement par voie orale, pouvant être produit au moyen d'un appareil classique, présentant une dureté ne posant pas de problème pratique et se désintégrant rapidement en laissant une sensation agréable dans la cavité buccale. Ce comprimé se désintégrant rapidement par voie orale est obtenu par moulage par compression d'un granulé enrobé d'un délitant, ce granulé contenant également un délitant à l'intérieur et un agent actif excepté du chlorhydrate d'ambroxol à l'intérieur et/ou à l'extérieur.
