ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE An intrusion warning and automatic house lighting system is characterized by automatic switching on at night at least one night or decorative light through actuation by a photocell, by switching on exterior spotlights for a time interval in response to illumination of the photocell by the headlamps of a coming automobile, by switching on and off at least one convention house wiring light with such spotlight or inde- pendently of it, and to sound an alarm upon intrusion, and by a selector switch to selectively disconnect such conventional house wiring light from automatic operation with such spotlight.
