The invention relates to methods for producing transformed plant cells or organisms by transforming a population of plant cells comprising at least one marker protein having a directly or indirectly toxic effect therefor, by means of at least one nucleic acid sequence to be inserted, said sequence being combined with at least one compound preferably a DNA construct which is able to reduce the expression, quantity, activity and/or function of the marker protein. The transformed plant cells have a growth advantage in relation to the non-transformed cells as a result of the action of said compound.
La présente invention concerne des procédés pour produire des cellules végétales ou des organismes végétaux modifié(e)s, par modification d'une population de cellules végétales qui comprend au moins une protéine marqueur qui a un effet toxique direct ou indirect sur celle-ci, avec au moins une séquence d'acide nucléique à insérer en combinaison avec au moins un composé de préférence un construct d'ADN capable de minimiser l'expression, la quantité, l'activité et/ou la fonction de la protéine marqueur, les cellules végétales modifiées présentant un avantage de croissance vis-à-vis des cellules non modifiées, grâce à l'action dudit composé.
