The invention concerns a composition containing two active principles, namely calcitriol and clobetasol 17-propionate, and uses thereof in cosmetics and dermatology, as well as a method for preparing same. The invention is characterized in that the composition is an invert emulsion containing a hydrophilic glycolic or hydroglycolic dispersed phase, a continuous lipophilic phase and an emulsifier with hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) ranging between 2 and 7.

La présente invention concerne une composition contenant deux actifs solubilisés, le calcitriol et le 17-propionate de clobétasol, ses utilisations en cosmétique et en dermatologie, ainsi que son procédé de préparation, caractérisée en ce que la composition est une émulsion inverse contenant une phase hydrophile dispersée glycolique ou hydroglycolique, une phase continue lipophile et un émulsionnant de HLB compris entre 2 et 7.
