Inverted plug for printed circuits having the approximate shape of a rectangular prism and made by folding a metal sheet piece. On each of the minor side faces of the prism there is provided a prolongation configured like an arrow point intended to be inserted into corresponding holes of the printed circuit. The base which is more proximal to the printed circuit is open in order to receive a component (relay, fuse, etc.) through another hole of the printed circuit and to secure it by means of spring tongues which are formed by inward folding of extensions of the major side faces. The plug is closed at its upper base by means of another extension of one of its major side faces. The configuration provides for the welding of the points to the circuit during the same component insertion operation and also confers a lower profile to the finished assembly.
L'invention concerne une fiche inversée pour circuits imprimés dont la forme est semblable à un prisme rectangulaire et fabriquée par le pliage d'une pièce de feuille métallique. Chaque petite face latérale du prisme présente un prolongement en forme de pointe de flèche destiné à être introduit dans les trous correspondants du circuit imprimé. La face la plus proche du circuit imprimé est ouverte pour recevoir un composant (relais, fusible, etc.) à travers un autre trou du circuit imprimé et pour le fixer à l'aide de languettes élastiques obtenues par pliage vers l'intérieur d'un des prolongements des faces latérales principales. La fiche est fermée au niveau de sa face inférieure par un autre prolongement d'une de ses faces latérales principales. Cette configuration permet de souder les pointes au circuit au moment de l'introduction des composants et de donner un profil plus bas à l'ensemble terminé.
