An electronic circuit includes first and second inductive bias elements coupled to respective first and second switching elements for preventing avalanche current flow through the switching elements. In one embodiment, a resonant inverter circuit includes first and second switching elements with first and second freewheeling diodes coupled across the respective switching elements. A first inductive bias element is coupled to the first switching element and a second inductive bias element is coupled to the second switching element. The first and second bias elements are inductively coupled with a resonant inductive element for biasing the respective first and second switching elements against avalanche current flow.
La présente invention concerne un circuit électronique comprenant des premier et second éléments de polarisation inductive couplés respectivement à des premier et second éléments de commutation afin d'empêcher l'écoulement de courant d'avalanche dans les éléments de commutation. Dans une réalisation, un circuit inverseur résonant comprend des premier et second éléments de commutation et des première et seconde diodes antiparallèles couplées aux bornes des éléments respectifs de commutation. Un premier élément de polarisation inductive est couplé au premier élément de commutation et un second élément de polarisation inductive est couplé au second élément de commutation. Les premier et second éléments de polarisation inductive sont couplés inductivement à un élément inductif résonant afin de polariser respectivement les premier et second éléments de commutation contre l'écoulement de courant d'avalanche.
