The invention relates to an ion-conducting composite which is permeable to matter, to a method for producing an ion-conducting composite which is permeable to matter, and to the use of this composite in various processes. Membranes or ion-conducting materials are used for various chemical and physical processes, e.g., electrolysis, electrodialysis. The membranes used are often polymer-based. These polymers are relatively non-resistant to solvents and high temperatures. Therefore, the aim of the invention is to provide an ion-conducting composite. The inventive composite consists of inorganic constituents or at least mainly of inorganic constituents, and is characterised in that it is very stable in relation to acids and high temperatures. According to the invention, ion-conducting materials or materials which will be ion-conducting after an additional treatment are added to a composite which is permeable to matter during production. Alternatively, the finished composite is treated with said materials.
L'invention concerne un matériau composite conducteur d'ions perméable aux substances, un procédé permettant de le produire et son utilisation dans différents processus. Dans différents processus chimiques ou physiques, tels que l'électrolyse, l'électrodialyse, on utilise des membranes ou des matériaux composites conducteurs d'ions. On utilise fréquemment des membranes à base de polymères. Ces polymères résistent relativement peu aux solvants et aux températures élevées. C'est la raison pour laquelle l'invention vise à mettre au point un matériau composite conducteur d'ions. Le matériau composite mis au point selon l'invention comprend des constituants inorganiques ou au moins principalement des constituants inorganiques et se caractérise en ce qu'il est extrêmement stable par rapport aux acides et aux températures élevées. Selon l'invention, on ajoute pendant la production, à un matériau composite perméable aux substances, des matériaux conducteurs d'ions ou des matériaux qui deviennent conducteurs d'ions après un autre traitement ou bien le matériau composite fini est traité avec ces matériaux.
