Disclosed is a means for treatment of breast cancer and/or mastitis by topically administering a non-steroidal antiphlogistic analgetic agent and/or an anti-cancer agent to allow the agent to reach a mammary gland with good efficiency. Specifically, disclosed is an iontophoresis preparation for use in the treatment of breast cancer and/or mastitis comprising a non-steroidal antiphlogistic analgetic agent and/or an anti-cancer agent as an active ingredient. The preparation can be used in such a manner that a donor for the preparation is applied onto a nipple and power is then applied to the donor to induce the topical application of the active ingredient from the nipple into a mammary gland.
L~invention concerne un moyen pour traiter une mammite et/ou un cancer du sein par administration topique d~un agent anti-cancéreux et/ou d~un agent non stéroïdien antiphlogistique analgésique pour permettre à l'agent d'arriver à une glande mammaire avec une bonne efficacité. Spécifiquement, l~invention a pour objet une préparation à iontophorèse à utiliser dans le traitement d~une mammite et/ou d~un cancer du sein qui comprend un agent non stéroïdien antiphlogistique analgésique et/ou un agent anti-cancéreux comme principe actif. La préparation peut être utilisée de telle manière qu'un donneur pour la préparation est appliqué sur un mamelon et une source de courant est ensuite appliquée au donneur pour induire l'application topique du principe actif depuis un mamelon à une glande mammaire.
