The invention relates to a collection of colloidal particles in the form of one or several chains, characterised in that said chains are generated in an irreversible manner and have at least one recognition site for a species, said site being different from sites implicated in the linear organisation of said particles. The invention further relates to a method for production of said collection, particularly for detection and/or dosage of at least one species in a fluid and a surface element functionalised by means of a collection of colloidal chains and a hybridisation network comprising such a surface element.
La pr~sente invention a pour objet principal un assemblage de particules collo~dales sous la forme d'une ou plusieurs cha~nes, caract~ris~ en ce que lesdites cha~nes sont assembl~es de mani~re irr~versible et sont porteuses d'au moins un site de reconnaissance pour une esp~ce, ledit site ~tant diff~rent des sites impliqu~s dans l'organisation lin~aire desdites particules. Elle vise ~galement un proc~d~ de pr~paration d'un tel assemblage et l'utilisation de cet assemblage, notamment ~ des fins de d~tection et/ou de dosage d'au moins une esp~ce dans un fluide. L'invention concerne ~galement un ~l~ment de surface fonctionnalis~ ~ l'aide d'un assemblage de cha~nes collo~dales et un r~seau d'hybridation comportant un tel ~l~ment de surface.
