In the process of freezing (or fast freezing) of vegetables, meats, poultry, fish and other foods, care must be taken to ensure that the freezing temperature level is maintained from the time of processing to consumption, including also the periods of delivery, handling, storage and marketing. The purpose of this invention is to visually determine that a frozen or fast-frozen product, to be processed, stored and distributed at a determined and specific minimum temperature has not sustained any break or detrimental difference in its isothermic consistency.
Dans le processus de la conservation par congélation (ou surgélation) des légumes, viandes, volailles, poissons et autres aliments, il est nécessaire de s'assurer que le niveau de température de la congélation soit respecté du moment de la fabrication jusqu'à la consommation, incluant ainsi aussi les périodes de livraison, de manutention, de stockage et de mise en vente. Cette invention a pour but de déterminer visuellement qu'un produit congelé ou surgelé, devant être fabriqué, stocké puis distribué à une température minimale définie et précise n'a subi aucune rupture ou différence dommageable dans sa constance isotherme.
