The present invention relates to an irrigation dressing, comprising a first body (5) of a soft, liquid-permeable material, at least one connection (8) for the supply of fluid, at least one connection (9) for the drainage of fluid, an airtight and Ii quid- tight covering layer (10) of flexible material, which covers said material body and extends outside the sides thereof, and means (2, 3) for affixing the area of the covering layer that extends outside the contour of the first material body to the skin, the first material body facing the wound bed (W) when the dressing is applied. According to the invention the means (2, 3) for affixing said area to the skin includes a layer (3) of a soft, skin-friendly adhesive, which affords sealing against micro-leakage. The invention also relates to a method of applying such a dressing.
La présente invention concerne un pansement d'irrigation, comprenant un premier corps (5) en un matériau souple perméable aux liquides, au moins une connexion (8) pour l'alimentation en fluide, au moins une connexion (9) pour le drainage du fluide, une couche de recouvrement étanche à l'air et aux liquides (10) en un matériau flexible, laquelle recouvre ledit corps de matériau et s'étend au-delà des côtés de celui-ci, et des moyens (2, 3) pour fixer à la peau la surface de la couche de couverture s'étendant au-delà du contour du premier corps de matériau, le premier corps de matériau étant tourné vers le lit de la plaie (W) lorsque le pansement est appliqué. Selon l'invention, les moyens (2, 3) pour fixer à la peau ladite surface comprennent une couche (3) d'adhésif doux et respectant la peau, qui permet l'étanchéité aux micro-fuites. L'invention concerne également un procédé d'application d'un tel pansement.
