The linear amphiphilic peptide has an alpha-helix, beta-sheet or beta-turn conformation. This invention further contemplates a metal ion-assisted, self-assembly method for producing a metallopolypeptide.
L'invention se rapporte à un métallopolypeptide isolé comprenant un ion métallique polyvalent coordonné à des ligands polypeptides situés entre 2 et 8 environ, où au moins 2 desdits ligands polypeptides sont en liaison covalente avec un peptide linéaire amphiphile. Le peptide linéaire amphiphile possède une structure en hélice alpha, feuillet bêta ou spire bêta.
