A new family of tumor rejection antigen precursors, and the nucleic acid molecules which code for them, are disclosed. These tumor rejection antigen precursors are referred to as GAGE tumor rejection antigen precursors, and the nucleic acid molecules which code for them are referred to as GAGE coding molecules. Various diagnostic and therapeutic uses of the coding sequences and the tumor rejection antigens, and their precursor molecules are described. Tumor rejection antigens are also shown.

La présente invention concerne une nouvelle famille d'antigènes précurseurs de rejet tumoral et les molécules d'acide nucléique codant pour ces derniers. Lesdits antigènes précurseurs de rejet tumoral sont appelés antigènes précurseurs de rejet tumoral GAGE et les molécules d'acide nucléique codant pour ces derniers sont appelées molécules codantes GAGE. On décrit diverses utilisations diagnostiques et thérapeutiques des séquences codantes et des antigènes de rejet tumoral, ainsi que leurs molécules précurseurs. On illustre également des antigènes de rejet tumoral.
