The invention provides C-terminal peptides from lipases having phospholipase inhibitory activity, polypeptides comprising phospholipase inhibitory activity and lipases capable of being inhibited by the isolated peptides and/or polypeptides comprising phospholipase inhibitory activity. The invention also relates to nucleic acid constructs, recombinant expression vectors, and recombinant host cells comprising the polynucleotides as well as methods for producing and using the peptides and the polypeptides having lipase inhibitory activity.
L'invention concerne des peptides C-terminaux de lipases qui présentent une activité d'inhibition des phospholipases, des polypeptides présentant une activité d'inhibition des phospholipases et des lipases pouvant être inhibées par les peptides isolés et/ou les polypeptides comprenant une activité d'inhibition des phospholipases.
