18 ABSTRACT ISOLATION MONITORING AND MEASURING DEVICE FOR AN ELECTRICAL POWER SYSTEM WITH ISOLATED NEUTRAL Each feeder (D1,D2,...Dp) is equipped with a toroid (T1, T2,...Tp) measuring the leakage current intensity (I1,I2,...Ip), and comprises a secondary winding connected to a locator (2). The isolation monitor (C.I.) transmits synchronization pulses to the locator (2) via a first line (3), and the demodulated values of the input voltage (Ui) via a second line (4). Refer to figure 2.
