"ISOMERIZATION OF ALKYLPHENOLS" ABSTRACT A nonequilibrium mixture of alkylphenols is isomerized by contacting hydrogen and the mixture at isomerization conditions with a catalyst comprising a combination of a platinum group metal and a modifier selected from lead, tin, germanium or bismuth with a carrier containing a pentasil zeolite and an inorganic oxide binder.
