The invention concerns a compound of formula (I) wherein (A) represents an unsaturated carbocycle with double bonds, I may represent a value from 0 to 4; m may represent a value from 0 to 3; n may represent a value from 0 to 6; -(C)I-, -(C)m- and -(C)n- represent, independently of one another, a -Cx-z- alkylidene group, optionally substituted by 1 to 4 substituents; R1 represents a hydrogen atom, a C1-C3 alkyl, a C1-C6 alkylcarbonyl, a C1-C6 alkoxycarbonyl group, R2 represents a hydrogen atom, an optionally substituted C1-C6 alkyl or C3-C6 cycloalkyl group. The invention is applicable in therapeutics, in the treatment of disorders improved by modulation of the histamine H3 receptor.
Composé de formule (I) dans laquelle (A): représente un carbocycle insaturé avec doubles liaisons, I peut prendre une valeur de 0 à 4 ; m peut prendre une valeur de 0 à 3 ; n peut prendre une valeur de 0 à 6 ; -(C)I-, -(C)m- et -(C)n- représentent, indépendamment l'un de l'autre, un groupe -Cx-z- alkylidène, éventuellement substitués par 1 à 4 substituants R1 représente un atome d'hydrogène, un groupe C1-3 alkyle, un C1-6 alkylcarbonyle, un C1-6 alkoxycarbonyle, R2 représente un atome d'hydrogène ou un groupe C1-6 alkyle ou C3-6 cycloalkyle éventuellement substitués. Application en thérapeutique, dans le traitement des troubles améliorés par modulation du récepteur H3 de l~histamine.
