ABSTRACT OF THE DISCLOSURE The invention relates to novel isoquinoline derivatives which in general possess interesting pharmacological properties, in particular an inhibitory effect on platelet aggregation and adhesiveness as well as an effect on prolongation of the bleeding time, whilst also having little activity on the circulation. Several processes for the preparation and interconversion of these compounds are described and exemplified. Examples of pharmaceutical compositions containing the new compounds are also given.
