The polymeric linear ammonium salt is of the formula: Image IA (where R1 is lower alkyl, a is 4 to 20 and X- is halide) or of the for- mula: Image IB (where R2 is lower hydroxyalkyl, b is 27 to 57). The nonionic surfact- ants are polyethylene glycol alkyl ether, polyethylene glycol alkyl- phenyl ether,N-alkyl-N,N-dilower-alkylamine-N-oxide and alkyl poly- glycoside.
