Compounds of formula (I): (see formula I) wherein R1 represents a hydrogen atom or an alkyl group containing 1 to 3 cartoon atoms; R2 represents a cycloalkyl group containing 3 to 6 carbon atoms; R4 represents a halogen atom, a nitrile group, a nitro group, a group -SCH3, a C1-6-alkylcarbonyl group, a C3-6- cycloalkylcarbonyl group, a group -CX3, a group -WCX3, a group -(CH2)n CX3, a group -(CX2)n CX3, a group -W(CX2)n CX3 or a group -W(CH2)n CX3, in which X represents a halogen atom, W represents an oxygen or sulphur atom, and n represents 1, 2 or 3; and R5 represents a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group containing 1 to 3 carbon atoms or a cycloalkyl group containing 3 to 6 carbon atoms; with the proviso that if R5 represents a hydrogen atom R4 does not represent an -SCH3 or -CF3 group; and salts thereof possess anti-proliferative, anti-inflammatory and anti-tumour activity. The invention also relates to processes for preparing them, compositions containing them and their uses as medications.
