Described herein are compounds that are useful as protein kinase inhibitors, especially inhibitors of ERK, having the formula (I) wherein Ht is an optionally substituted heteroaryl ring selected from pyrrol-3-yl, pyrazol-3- yl, [1,2,3]triazol-4-yl, or tetrazol-5-yl, and A-B is N-O or O-N. The compounds are useful for treating diseases in mammals that are alleviated by a protein kinase inhibitor, particularly diseases such as cancer, inflammatory disorders, restenosis, and cardiovascular disease.

L'invention concerne des composés utiles comme inhibiteurs de la protéine kinase, notamment comme inhibiteurs d'ERK. Ces composés présentent une formule (I) dans laquelle Ht est un noyau hétéroaryle éventuellement substitué sélectionné dans le groupe constitué par pyrrol-3-yle, pyrazol-3-yle, [1,2,3]triazol-4-yle, ou tétrazol-5-yle; et A-B est N-O ou O-N. Ces composés peuvent être utilisés pour traiter, chez les mammifères, des maladies qui sont atténuées par un inhibiteur de la protéine kinase, en particulier des maladies telles que le cancer, les troubles inflammatoires, la resténose, et les maladies cardiovasculaires.
